Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Queenstown, New Zealand, to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Processing time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation with tracking when your kit is on its way.
Delivery times
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days.
- Australia: 4–8 business days.
- Rest of world: 7–18 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size, and shown in USD before you pay.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are your responsibility.
Tracking, delays and lost parcels
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. Carrier and customs delays are outside our control, but if a parcel seems lost, contact us and we'll help track it down.
